How to Reset Your Bose QC II Ear Buds

Steps to fix your device.
1. Make sure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the lid of the charging case.
3. With both earbuds in the case, hold the button down on the back.
4. After a few seconds a blue light will flash.
5. The light will then change to white, then back to blue.
6. Keep holding the button until the light turns off for a few seconds.
7. Release the button and the white pairing light should begin flashing.
8. You will need to remove the old connection from your Bluetooth settings or Bose Music app to connect the ear buds again.
9. Get back to jamming out 🎵

    Joe, i just want to ask on how to fix mine? Cuz I'm struggling on fixing my bose qc2 coz the right side is not working like when i return it on the case it shows amber solid color without blinking but when the left one is working but can't connect it to my phone? Hope you answer my question. Thanks
