Thank you for making that video! I got the light some time ago, got the car serviced, oil changed etc but the mechanic couldn't figure out how to reset that light. He only set the next maintenence through the info display, but the light remained. I was looking for the answer in the meantime and just followed your steps and boom, oil and spanner light is no more. Cheers!

Thank You. This worked on my Mazda 3 Tamara , 2013. Seems the Garade I used for servicing didnt reset it. They only reset the Service Maintenance part.👍

Because I think the light is showing us that there is a problem and that we do it is only remove the light.... so the problem is stay still, is not it ?

What problem, ? Here it is just to reset the service ,oil light to zero .

Step on the accelerator pedal and brake pedal at the same time, turn on the ignition, and wait about 20 seconds. When the oil change light flashes it is done .
