Ignition off Press brake pedal (keep it pressed) Press reset button on the clocks (keep it pressed) Ignition on (whilst the above are still pressed) Service will flash until it goes off (dashes appear) Release the reset button Release the brakes And you’re done

Yes that seems to work on some.

Doesn't work - i tried with brake and no brake. With brake, it just flashes, and after some time it says 30.000. But the service indicater still on.. Any advise?

I accidentally reset it from the BC menu. How do I revert it?

Mine keeps coming on and flashing every few days I have to do this procedure everytime have changed the oil and filter, any ideas?

You need to use Diagnostic Equipment to read the fault code(s), rectify the relevant fault(s) then delete the relevant fault codes 😁

Hi , I changed the thermostat to the original one that opens at 105 degrees, and now the temperature stays at 108 degrees, Is ok ? Astra h 1.6 77 kw z16xep

I changed mine thermostat with the OEM one and now temp goes even to 115C. Fan kicks in somewhere between 109 and 111C I think, and I learned that this is ok since this engine has so-called "lower emission" and it needs higher temp to burn most of the exhaust produced. On the other hand, none of my previous cars had to engage fan in same driving scenarios so, to me, this is annoying and reduce confidence in the car.

I had my thermostat changed and before I did the fan would kick in at 105 degrees and now kicks in at 108..and also before I had it changed the car temperature ran at 87 degrees and now runs at 99 it's a little anoying to see it change like that when a new thermostat was put in but mechanic said this is okay and not a problem

Try the same process while holding your foot on the brake. Not sure why but this works sometimes.
