Had to go thu sequence a few times before it worked. Volume up button not working was an issue until corrected. Leave sim out for factory reset and wait for prompt to instal. Thanks a Ton! Your video is hard to find and the only one that worked!

If is not working like that then 100 percent your volume up button is not working perfectly that's the reason

Oof... in that case you have to let your battery completely die. I suggest turning on your flashlight as high as it will go and letting it drain until it powers off.

You can keep on charge and then press power and volume both of button together when ur phone do vibrate then release ur fingers from buttons and also take out charge its will be done

I have something going on with my A01 where Settings turns off. And by that cannot obtain new networks, adjust brightness or anything else. I have done hard resets that correct it but only lasts a few days. I believe the source may be from unwanted sex phishing e-mails with malware. Looking for solution so I don't need do a hard reset every 3 to 4 days. I have reported all these sex phishing e-mails to my e0mail provider as well as authorities. I get about 20 a day, every one of them sent to 50 to 200 people. Apparently from some KZread listing
