Thank you very much. This really helped me. Although I'm familiar with Samsonite cases, I had never been confronted with this type of locking system. The confusion for me was, there are 3 little holes around the handle of my Midtown Rucksack Cabin Trolley, so which one to insert a pen or thin screwdriver in to reset the code? Furthermore, there were instructions about resetting the 3 - digit code in one of the 2 front pockets, however, you can only access that data if you can unlock the lock. It's quite a nasty trick by Samsonite 🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽😜😊🥂! Ok, problem resolved, all is good, and your instructional video helped me lots to find the solution. Cheers to you my friend 👍🏽😋👍🏽😊😊😊🍾🥂🥂😊✨✨🙋🏽!

my suitcase Samsonite lock would not open so I saw a video on how to open putting something metal in the TSA lock and it opened. But now how do I reset it. Do I have to move the TSA lock back to original position before setting new code??

I set combination and went to open will not work
