I have been an HP customer for over 30 years. I've had countless HP printers, at work and at home. This model is the worst HP has ever made. Every week I have to reset the WIFI and reconfigure it. Terrible model, HP should remove this rubbish from the market.

I heartily agree. I regret so much having bought this piece of trash. HP support has been useless and many hours have been wasted trying to get the printer to do what it is meant to do. It works fine and two minutes later when you absolutely need something printed it punks out.

i had done this noe how can i reconnect with my wifi and dispositive?

I did exactly the same thing, but as of now my printer refused to accept the pin code that is under the toner trapdoor. It says "username admin" and "pincode: 8 digits", but I get the message "Incorrect password"???

I've been here with three blinking lights for over 15 minutes. Waiting to see if it finally shuts down and restarts. *fingers crossed*
