So for anyone who cant find the reset pin try to log in from another phone to messenger. I was logged in on my old phone on messenger and in that one it did show up reset pin.

Awe crap! I had already done a factory data reset on my old phone when I tried to login to messegener with my new phone I shouldn't have done that ugh!!!

i dont see reset pin...only delete.....Well as i was typing and reading i see now...to reset pin you have to use the old device that you initially started the secure messaging...That's my issue I have the device but i cracked my screen and the battery malfunction...I can't power it on...I really need my messages etc...I have years of memories...especially with loveones who have transition...I must figured this out or just go get the phone repaired but i can't atm..and I have to return my damage device back in...in 7 days😩😩😩😩​I just don't understand if the individual can successfully log back into their accounts why make this extra hassle to get your messages back out of the cloud...

Mine doesn't have reset PIN in the end to end encryption 😢😢

Hi! I forgot my pin password but at the same time , i turned it off. :( now i don’t have the option to” RESET PIN “ because it was turned off. Are there any solution for that?
