IMO, eternabond tape applied after properly cleaning and preparing the areas on the roof is a more permanent longer lasting solution. A vast majority of us RVers out in the desert SW have applied eternabond tape to the side seams, front/rear cap seams, and all AC’s and vent/vent fans on the roof. Theres a fella that has had his 5ver roof sealed up with eternabond for 6 years now and has not had to reapply any spots. He is a FTer and we just met him at the “Q” 2 months ago. If he had still be using the dicor, he said he would have reapply twice a year due to being in the SW.

This seal is for a fiberglass roof, however they have recently changed the sealant to be applied to a TPO, Rubber roof. So its now safe for all roof types.

This is just ridiculous. Still building rvs like this that completely rely on massive amounts of sealant on everything to keep the water out. Built to fail.

Just store it under an awning and you don't have to worry about it

If you a re going to use that much keep your nozzle buried as you apply it. What you are doing with the circular motion looks impressive to someone on youtube but you "blistered" that pretty bad. All those little pockets and bubbles you see are trapped air that will fail and open...not good at all. Also, just tape it off. So sloppy.
