This is a year ago. This year it didn't work this way anymore. Just go to the website site and at right hand a feature will come out. Type annual fee waiver and then follow the instructions. You get an email to inform the waiver immediately.

ming tan 不到一小时就reply 你就算没有approve，多数都是approve的

for singapore only？how about malaysia？
