Can you attach your drain for the sink and the drain for the garbage disposal and the faucet to the sink before you place the sink in?

You could attach your faucet to the sink before dropping it in. But without the sink already in the hole, you wouldn't be able to line the drain lines up to the sink drains.
Can you come do mines?
