Thank you for the video. After searching and researching how to change the cabin filter in my mining cooper., your video was the only one that helped me I tried pulling the cover off like others said to and it wasn’t wanting to let go until I found your video and seen that the plate under the glove box needed to be removed first. So after a few minutes CB of watching your video with my brothers assistance doing the work, we managed to complete the job with no issues. Thank you again!

Thanks for this! It was very helpful. At first i was thinking removing that bottom panel was unnecessary, but it is only 2 screws and it does make swapping out the filters a lot easier, so might as well do it. OF COURSE, when i pulled the old filters out of mine, they had been installed backwards. So it's a good thing i swapped them out! Remember to keep an eye on the air flow arrow! It should be pointing towards the rear of the car.

Do you have a video on a leaky washer fluid issue ?? Or any idea what it is, pump or tank itself ?

@@brettfrantzen7425 No video, but good video idea! Typically either the neck has broken off the washer reservoir or you pump on the reservoir is leaking. More than likely your neck is leaking.

I have a 2020 Cooper Countryman S... but the panel on the side of the console looks different. It doesn't have a pull handle like the one you show. Is are the cabin filters still in the same place as you depict? Is my 2020 Countryman S an "F-Chassis"?

Some of the vehicles do not have the exact same panel, yes, but all remove the same way. Use a corner on the bottom of the trim to gently remove the trim from its clips. Hope that helps!

It makes it easier to uninstall and reinstall the side panel without any trouble. Some models have it, some don’t and I typically take it off to not struggle with the side panel.

I typically change mine every 6 months because they’re relatively cheap and I have easy access to them, but I’d say for you every year. Helps with keeping your car smelling clean also. That’s my favorite about it.

Great video but my god please say at the start this is for US spec. As others have said UK is the drivers side thought i was going insane not being able to find it. It being on the drivers side means the footrest is in the way. So awkard but still a 5 minute task once you're in the right place

I personally only have experience with LHD vehicles, but it should still be in the same location on either side. There’s a small door with a clip that holds the door shut in which the filters are located.

@@GavinBlaesner Done it. It was right at the back. Where you'd expect it to be really. Obviously didn't look hard enough. It was on drivers side, being a RHD. I guess they wouldn't need to alter position for LHD or RHD. Your video was still very helpful. Much appreciated.
