This is massive overkill - just turn the wheel to the right, disconnect the screws at the bottom of the mud flap in the wheel well on the front passenger side, and you can access the pump in about 5 minutes to troubleshoot or replace it.

This is why auto shops are known to rip people off, the scare tactic that you need to remove all this stuff makes you just want to take it to a shop..When Michael Melchers is correct I removed my fender well cover and the undercarriage cover.. Bam the pump is right there. took me 15 minutes to change it out..

Spin wheel to left. Bend back splash shield. Change pump. My godddd.
I hope to god this does not apply to my car!!! This is ridiculous! This is worse than putting freon in a 2000 Expedition. WTH do these engineers be thinking.
😅 she never tested the new pump before she spent all that time to reassemble the car. Maybe new pump bad or a wiring problem. Thank God she does work on aircraft. Not a pro just a parts changer😂

There is a T in the hood that could be stopped up or the actual tip could be stopped up
