I have a question refrigerator freeze evaporator When the refrigerator is plugged into the socket, a current comes out from the defrost lines And when the button on the panel is pressed, a current comes out from the defrost lines, is this evidence that the pcb is working well؟

I'd replaced the main control board on my Samsung side by side fridge 3 months ago and it has been working like a champ. However, since I increased the cooler temp by 2 degrees to 40 F the other days, the next day I noticed that the freezer temp 0 F on the led display stared flashing suddenly. So I powered the fridge off at the circuit breaker and waited 2 hours before powering it back on. After the fridge was back on for a few hours, the temp on the led display was all over the place and the compressor doesn't seem to stop at all. Led display shows cooler temp at 34 F and it shows freezer at 48 F. Please advise what should I do or check at this point. Thanks a lot !

Hi Stan, Do you perhaps know how to remove the touchpad control board on a Samsung RL67MCPN refrigerator. This is the double door unit with the fridge on top and the freezer at the bottom. I will really appreciate your assistance.

That depends on your make and model. Take your make and model number to your local appliance parts store or visit an online appliance parts site to see which works with your particular fridge/freezer.

Can anyone tell me how to replace the PCB on an upright samsung freezer? The display is not showing the full digits and nothing happens when i press the controls. Does it just clip into the door?

I've replaced mine twice. On my model, it was very simple -- loosening a few screws and unplugging a wire harness or two. I should have made a video!

There are several appliance parts providers online. You'll need your refrigerator's make, model number and serial number. Or you can try checking the "Yellow Pages" (I know, I'm old-school) under something like "Appliances-Small-Supplies and Parts." We have a great little shop in town that sells parts for most any appliance. They'll even test some parts for you for free if you bring in the part. What they don't have, they'll order for you. If they can't get it, they'll tell you. Great place!

Dont believe those who say your part is no longer available. I found a no longer available motherboard for my samsung on an appliance on line company. in fact they had 6.
