Wasted about 40 minutes trying to force my lens back on the very thin frame obviously without success. Saw your “ribbon” technique but had no ribbon on hand, so used kitchen bin liner plastic bag cut to shape and folded over few times, then ran it along - it worked! 😊

thank you so much my friend! I was stumped on my semi-frameless glasses and would have never thought of a piece of ribbon. With none handy I used a small stripe of heat transfer vinyl still attached to the carrier sheet and BOOM! Typing this while wearing my favorite pair of glasses!

This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "how to tell if your progressive lenses are correct" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Rayemiron Uncommunicative Release - (do a google search ) ? It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering how to improve your eyesight naturally minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it.

Thank you so much. The lense on my fiance glasses are like the second one and they pop out allllllll the time. Now I can save a 40 min trip to the eye glasses places . Love you thank you‼️ he was super excited when I showed him I fixed it.

Thanks thanks a lot sir .You saved my life for this new year.Your method with the ribbon for the semi-rimless frames worked best.But i had to do it with my hands a bit to put the lense back to the frame and adjust the nylon cord. To make the lense and the frame's direction consistent was the most difficult part though but i managed to do it. I had to start the year without glasses.I was going to meet relatives and all but worried since there will be no glasses for me and wont be able to have my dinner with them well but as i said you saved my life. Geeezus i used the ribbon trick and the directions said dont apply pressure I applied to much pressure and took me many tries but i tried less pressure it worked 😂 thanks saved my money!

The ribbon trick worked completely... I had been to optical store to get the lens fixed but they told me itz not possible ...u need to get new lenses... but i saw this video n tried the ribbon method at home by myself... The lens were perfectly fixed...

thank you I could not afford new glasses and frames were jus as expensive. I was able to get used frames and fit my glasses .. it was tough going with that string on bottom of rims. I used waxed dental floss it worked
