I appreciate your video! I just changed my fuel filter on my Road King at 25,000 miles this weekend. I used the same locking tool to take that tank lock ring off and on and it was worth the $30 investment. If anyone tries to do this yourself, a second person may be helpful to push the locking pin back into the filter container while the other person pushes down on the container itself. An extra set of hands were needed for my job. My son came over to help me out and he pushed the pin back in while I held everything together down tight. Keep that in mind if you decide to do this in the future.

Yeah I agree. Unfortunately I had to take my time and hold it down just right. It is a pain by yourself. Thanks for watching and commenting. Take care and enjoy the ride🤙✌️

Damn that Cam ring was friggin tight.... I've got to change the fuel pump on mine before to long.... And I figured that I would change the fuel filter while I was in there... And I'll probably break my Cam ring wrench lol... Great install brother and it will help other's out.... Thanks again Randy 👊🏽😎

My buddy got a completely clogged fuel filter at Sturgis last year on a 22,000 mile bike, it wouldn’t start and didn’t think about the fuel filter since it only had 22,000 miles, cost him a fortune to get it fixed out there, I’m planning on changing around every 20,000

Good to know! I bet it did cost a fortune. It must of been clogged pretty bad. I could definitely tell a change in the throttle response after changing mine.
