Does your PW50 feel like it doesn't have the power it once did but the engine still seems to be running fine? If so, it may be time to replace, or at the very least, inspect the clutch components for wear. So, in this video we show you the proper procedures to inspect and replace the clutch on a Yamaha PW50. The steps shown will be similar for all model year Yamaha PW50s, but check your OEM service manual if you are unsure of procedures or specifications.

Dont touch the oil pump. Remove seat, exhaust, rear springs, and pivot bolt. Frame will shift just enough to snake the cover out
There’s no way I’m taking a pw apart that much to check my clutch and putting it back together with the OG parts

The engine gets its oil from the oil injection system that you fill up behind the front number plate. There is also transmission oil and that may be what you're talking about. The transmission takes 10W-40 engine oil or transmission fluid that meets the specifications.
