New Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1AEBT00040
The tensioner is a springed device that keeps the serpentine belt in your vehicle at the correct tension to keep it on the pulleys, without being so tight that it breaks. Eventually the tensioner may become worn, loose, or stuck, resulting in belts that squeak, slip, or fall off. This video shows you how to install a new TRQ tensioner pulley in your 2006-10 Ford Explorer.

Thanks for getting the air filter box out of the way-- it made it much easier to see what was going on.
Just changed mine. Thank you for the precise explanation 🙏🏼
Clear and concise instructions. Terrific video! Thank you!
Great video! Thank you.
If this is not put back on correctly could it cause the engine to overheat? I recently had my mechanic replace my serpentine belt and both times that I’ve used the AC since then the car overheated. Thnx
