Hello...I was wondering if you can tell me what features depend on that long black thin antenna wire that connects top to bottom?? Its because Ive damaged it when replacing the screen and am waiting for a new 1 but the speaker isnt working now for like speaker phone or media and I didnt damage anything else so I dont know why its not working now.

They usually always come with a screen replacement when you order them. If not I would suggest just picking up an eyeglass repair kit from and drug store or eye glass business. Or you could order a simple phone repair kit online if you have time.

You made taking the back off very hard on yourself. Using a suction tool and playing cards would have eliminated all that at the beginning. Great video though and it’s helping a bunch of people out which is the point 😃.

Your probably not gonna see this but my front screen had some how popped off the front btw its still functioning the screen is just not turning on but its still vibrating

Yes, warm air from the air dryer will work. The heating gun is used to soften the adhesive.

14:20's are things being "popped back into place"?

Does the camera quality get affected?

Yeah your going to need a heat gun as well. I have one and you need the proper tools made for take the screen of if your going to do it yourself. I've done it before with a Samsung galaxy s10. But you also need to be careful if you fuck up the digitizer. Wich just think of it as an eggshell its not worth it anymore your better off just getting a new phone the digitizer is the screen it self other the glass piece the covers it to protect it. If you don't know what i mean. Also the galaxy luna or S10 is easier then then this alot of the steps this guy are doing is more complicated but can be done. But if your not tech savvy your better or have the right tools your better off having someone else do it for you. You'll have to pay more but if you don't trust yourself you're better off. I just do it myself cause its cheaper cause you skip the middle man but just ordering it. Also I've been doing my own electronic repairs for years I enjoy it and have a nak for it for fuck sake one of my good friends gave me an Xbox one S that he took from a guy that went to jail that owned him money and he gave it to me cause he knew I would be able to repair it and I did. Things working like a champ now. Now it only need three fixes and I got them all. Way cheaper then getting one brand new

I followed this video to the TEETH every step of the way pausing and repeating to make sure I was doing this correctly. So, I don't have to later pull my teeth and hair in FRUSTRATION, but guess what the display will NOT TURN ON. However, I can feel the phone vibrate on button press. That tells me my phone is working but the display acts like it doesn't have any power, but HOW.
