Daim screws ! Same - we`re stuck and nothing worked. No impact screw, no hammering, nothing. And my grinder was "toasted" I drilled them out with some pretty worn bits. Very frustrating. Took me 1 full hour/rotor just to drill the screws- but finally I`ve managed to remove them.

you don't need the screws, my guy. I've had rotors that don't even come with the holes for the screws; they're helpful in keeping the rotor in place while you're trying to get the tire on, but they're doing nothing when the lug nuts are on the car

Wtf. All u needed to do was use an old/beat up phillips screwdriver and hammer to do the job. Haha. Just hammer it while slowly rotating the screwdriver. Not only those rotor screws should've been the first thing to loosen up before removing everything else so it doesnt spin freely.

Jesus cutting wheel ? Hit it with PB blaster wait a bit then use an impact screwdriver and a heavy hammer. NO PROBLEM AT ALL dude. I use lith grease on the threads and a simple screwdriver to put back on. No need for impact screw driver to put on. I don't see that it needs a brake job.

I know is an "old comment", but this doesn`t work allways. In most cases, the screws are so rusted/stuck that even an impact-driver - can`t do the job. You use a grinder and try to rotate them or drill them out.
