Great video and this was really the best help I could find to do the job on my 2002 silverado 4.8L. Replacing the whole unit was $160 canadian for me, very worth it and very do-able for the driveway mechanic.

Do I have to replace the whole unit if one of the hose is damage? Can I replace just the hose by itself?

It will be hard turning the wheels with no power steering and hard on the tires. You don't have a jack?

Would there be any harm in spraying a light coat of Rustoleum paint on this cooler to keep it from becoming so rusty and crusty?
