I have a 2021 North American mfg rav4 and the 4 screws to remove the exterior trim, the two outer ones aren’t there. I’m stumped. I’m looking through the hole and it looks as if it’s the bottom of a screw/ bolt . Suggestions?

Great video showing all the details. At 3:43, you need 'security torx' or 'tamper proof' to unscrew it. Not sure why Toyota over-engineer things by using that type of screw. This isn't mission critical whatsoever. What a waste !

You don’t have to remove the bumper, the wires are at the bottom of the headlights
