Great video bro, only problem i had was that the filter was stuck on the housing, didn't want to break it so brought it to a mechanic to losen it for me, other then that this was very easy procedure

Wish i saw this video sooner. I couldn't get filter off the housing so went ahead and left it for now. I took ECU off. Car is running fine. Great video lad

Great work, well done. I have the same year i40, i changed the oil and filter air and pollen filters then the feul filter by following your video, all good apart from i cant get above 40mph or 3000 revs, On yiur video you dont mention if there's a vottom seal between the filer and the sensor...I'm curiousbecause there were only 2 new seals in the filter box. Thanks for watching really appreciate it. What I would do is fill the filter up then open the pipe for the air intake and spray some easy start too. Just to get it going. Hope that helps

What is the name of the 90° puller

just a quick question, are there any issues in disconnecting the battery, i.e. are any codes mucked up which need to be reset e.g. with radio/sat nav unit for example?

Sometimes you need a radio code but most modern cars the codes are stored in.

Does i40 collect water in filter and you need to empty it or it doesn't? I got hazard light on water in fuel so I am trying to find my problem.

You might need to Replace the water sensor. Or diesel dose release water eventually

I guessing the fuel pipe clips. Just push it on either side then pull it will come of might put up a fight
