That was very well done easy to understand and very informative. Thanks
An excellent piece of work, clear and concise..thank you!! Ken
This was the best video showing how to connect fuel lines to the correct component. All others left me guessing. Thanks guys, good job!
Thank you, this was exactly the information that I needed. I really appreciate it.
Very helpful! I was looking for this exact explanation. Great video.
Excellent tutorial Mark...just the video I've been looking for, Straight forward English and well thought through.
Great video demonstration outstanding method of explaining the steps to preform and what results to look for. Thanks for being so through.
Nice job, very well explained and demonstrated.
Mark this is great to know, I am learning a lot on 2 stroke carburetor.
WOW! Thanks to this video and the one on rebuilding a carburetor I got my Poulan Pro trimmer well on the way to running like it should. I had to order one of your rebuild kits and a splined carburetor adjustment tool (that I've needed for about a year now- lol) Thank You VERY MUCH Mark! Great videos!
FINALLY,, a truly instructive video on this subject.I will START with your instructions next time.
Mark, thank you very much. This was very helpful and explained it all perfectly. Very well made.
Took me two days working on the fuel lines trying to figure out where those hoses went. Thanks for video. Your description is slow, but it's 100 times better than the others I watched. The others made me more and more frustrated. Especially the shaky videos and lacking description. Thanks so much!
Very good video, exact same carb that was on my Ryobi, very helpful thanks.
thanks for the no nonsense video series. To the point, and very helpful
Great presentation... You give a very good flow of how the primer bulb works.
Mark: your tips on how to decide how the fuel lines were properly routed. Your tricks made it very easy to correctly attach the new lines. I also appreciated how you should put new lines in through the tank. Without cutting the lines it would have taken forever to get the new lines into the tanks. Thank you so much... It made the jo easy.
This video was extremely helpful for I am just now dealing with a remote prime for the first time.
This was immensely helpful! I have been looking everywhere for fuel line diagrams for my string trimmer, but watching your video shows me how I can figure out the right configuration for any motor. Thank you!
good informative video. i wasn't aware that the primer bulb didn't push fuel into the carburetor. i thought it pushed it in. now i know it doesn't. great video!!!!!
I figured it out on my own when my hoses on a little tiller I have gave out due to dry rot. I fixed it with new hoses on the fly, with out removing carb. Watching your video helped explain more what I did and why. Thanks.
As always a great simple video instruction. I'm in the middle of a project and seem never to draw a schematic of the way the lines are supposed to be...thanks
This was very helpful. Next time I replace my tubing, I'll make notes of what went where to begin with. Thanks for taking the time to post this.
Thank you very much for posting this very informative video. I am replacing the fuel lines on my Mantis tiller but I did not pay attention on how the old ones were run and I was doubting on doing it correctly. You showed on simple manner how to find which way is correct. I saw another video that was done with goo intention, but it was badly done. Thank you again.
This was very helpful with such a simple device. I was trying to push fuel instead of pull. THANKS!
Thanks for the great video. Have several old 2 cycle engines. Was able to rebuild carbs with ease.
So simple when it's explained like this, thanks.
after dealing with dry rot fuel lines on a 2 year old blower. you definitely helped solve my problem on the restart. Thanks
This video was gangbusters! I looked at many other videos that purported to show the fuel line routing but none of them did. This video showed how to figure it out on any two-stroke which is a lot like teaching a man to fish. I quickly determined the correct routing and my saw started right up. Thanks much. Now I'm going fishing.
Thank you, have watched several of your videos now and very well done.
I have replaced no telling how many fuel lines on 2 cycle engines and almost ALWAYS forget which goes where! Thanks for sharing this!
Thanks Mark. That really helped out. I feel a lot more confident taking on an upcoming project now.
very helpful & good to see some practical 'hands on ' kind of video ..thanks for posting
Simple Visual Explanation without getting to technical.
you sir fixed my problem exactly your a genius thankyou
Thanks that was very helpful, now I understand how the fuel should flow,,thanks jack
Thank you for ending my several week ordeal. My saw sat in a metal building (Texas heat) for years. All the lines had broke off and were so brittle they would crush when touched.... Many videos show information but my problem was that most videos I had watched before this was that the had both lines on the same side of the carb. Mine has one on each side and no one explained the flow of fuel. You did a hell of a quick explaination. Wife was ready for me to trash it , buy a new one and get some work done. I guess the days of staring at it and drinking a cold one are over. Many , many Thanks
Great video. Thanks for the help. I have a poulan pole saw I just replaced the fuel lines on. And I had the fuel lines reversed. Again thanks a million.
Big help! Tried repair clinic site where I purchased my fuel tank but no luck but they did lead me to KZread but when I searched KZread I found this vid and it was just the trick! Thank you.
Thank you sir! now I will get proper routing the fuel line, I was struggling for 2 days
This clears up a lot for me, now it's clear to what line goes where. I always thought the primer was the fuel pick-up, Thanks for the information.
Excellent video, thanks!
By the way, I thought you should know I bought all my replacement parts from eReplacementParts.com BEFORE I ever knew you have instructional videos! LOL! Thanks sooooo much for the instruction. Greatly appreciated!
@hertelfrank Thanks for watching. That's a really good repair suggestion. We'll see if we can throw it in the works.
Very helpful, fixed the fuel line on my Homelite tiller
Awesome! I got my $5 yardsale weed-eater running thanks to this vid :) Great job, very clear and easy to understand. Excellent how-to vid!
I followed your instructions and it worked for me. I was sent my trimmer for repair but they wanted to charge too much money. Now, I fixed it by myself. I just had to order new. gas lines and prime bulb and cleaned out my carb. Simple but it helpful video. Thank you very much.
I went to the local home improvement center for answers; no one had a clue on how to hook up the hoses. I took a weedeater off the rack and shined my cell phone light in the inner workings and saw how the remote prime was hooked up. But this video showed me how to test the lines for correct placement. Many Thanks
Just watched this last night to gather info before I disassemble my carb system. I noticed that the fuel lines have been on the wrong side for awhile. I had someone fix my trimmer in the past so either they messed up or the manufacture did. Thanks for the info.
@steveshlacker That is great to hear! I am glad we where able to help you same some money! -Mark
exactly what i was looking for thanks!
The EXACT video I was looking for! When will I learn to draw a diagram before I rip everything all apart and then wait a week before I put it back together after ordering new parts! Excellent video and well done! Thanks!!!
I really like how u presented ur method...simple and very clear...thanks...
Awesome info- clearly presented.....Thanks!
I just found EERP, love you guys . I found 'spring wires' for my p-c router, fast shipping! thanks!
Excellent advice. Thank you!
very clear explanations...was wondering why my primer button was staying depressed now i realize i had it lines backwards....thank you for the video....saving me lots of headache and maybe a trip to the shop..... :)
Thanks for video very helpful.
Very detailed explaination, very helpful.
Most helpfull video so far. Thanks.
Excellent teaching qualities thank you
Nicely presented-- Your video saved the day. As a side note, it appears that my unit came from the factory with the lines incorrectly installed. Although it would run (if you could get it started), your video led me to connect the fuel lines correctly. With a minor adjustment of the carb, all is now good. Have you considered a video on how to remove the protective caps from the carb screws? It can be done without breaking them, but some finese is required. Thank you again!
Thank you so much for posting this video!
Excellent video...the best I found on replacing fuel lines on 2-cycle engines. Question: Does the return line need to be submerged in fuel or can it be above the fuel? Thank you very much!
THIS IS VERY HELPFUL!!
Excellent and very professional.
Thanks...this video helped me out! Very well done. I'm amazed that Walbro does not provide better info in regards to the intake pipes on their carbs. Oh well. Once again, thanks!!!!
Best lesson about 2 stroke carburetors I've come across!
Great video, Will try & see if I can get my Mantis tiller to start now.
Excellent tips! Thanks for creating this video.
I had a problem after I rebuilt the carburetor on my leaf blower. The fuel pump would not pump. After the explanation I realized my mistake and switched the fuel lines which fixed the problem. The explanation was very good. This video is great!! Thanks!!
Cut the end of the fuel line at a sharp angle. This will make the line much easier to insert. Hemostats also are very helpful if working in a tight space. I hope this helps, -Mark
Very informative, and presented very well also. Thanks
Thanks Mark. Great help.
Excellent video, well explained.
Great Post. I appreciate this very much. Professional presentation. I will be a new customer. Oz Mazzetta

Great description.
Excellent explanation!!!
Thanks Mark. Just £10 for a new fuel filter, 2 fuel lines and a primer bulb to repair my 15 year old McCullock Trim Mac 210 strimmer that the supplier/maintainer told me was beyond repair. Good old Google saved me £90 again :)

Hello Marcel Horst. do you mind me asking you where you purchased those items above... since i need them myself.
FANTASTIC video. Thanks so much!
great step by step info.
Very informative. Thank you.
Very informative video, it will help me, i am sure. My trimmer is a 4 stroke but the carburetor and bulb looks the same so I will try to reroute my lines now. My trimmer just starts and then dies until I pump the bulb again. It repeats itself like that but never continues to run. I must have mixed up the fuel lines when I replaced to a new carburator.
VERY WELL EXPLAINED IN PLAIN ENGISH,WELL DONE
Very well done!!
Very helpful Video. Thank you!
Muy agradecido con este video pues, tenia las lineas intercambiadas. Them I swapped the lines and "Eureka" God bless you
well done I learned a lot thanks
Mark, that was great. R all primer bulbs the same? Since I replace many I always uses the outside connector on the primer bulb. That seems to work. Thanks again for a great video.
Perfect, Exactly what I needed to know. Very helpful. Thanks.
Very helpful video. Thank you.
Good video, thanks for the help!
Great job..very informative
