New Wheel Bearing & Hub Assembly from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ASHF00481
This video shows you how to install a front wheel hub and bearing assembly on your 2009-2015 Honda Pilot. Not only can a worn wheel bearing or hub be annoying if it is noisy or vibrating, but it can also lead to accelerated wear in other parts, or unsafe driving conditions. Replacing your worn bearing or hub with a quality TRQ part is a safe, smart, decision.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2009 Honda Pilot
2010 Honda Pilot
2011 Honda Pilot
2012 Honda Pilot
2013 Honda Pilot
2014 Honda Pilot
2015 Honda Pilot

Isn’t the axle nut 36mm ?
Excellent video. It's much easier than I expected. I'm going to purchase a new wheel hub for my wife's Pilot.
Wish my 2005 Pilot had this set up. Great Job! Thanks! 😁👍👍
Isn’t the axle nut 36 mm
Great video, I appreciated the torque specs detail.
Seeing the new 35 mm axle nut socket not fit was real disappointing. Thought 3 trips would be enough but here I go again
Great video
Excellent video!
Mine took a 36mm socket for the axle nut.
Im now ready to tackle this job. If only my car wasnt a rust bucket
Well done
I've seen anywhere from 181 ft lbs to 242 ft lbs for the axle nut. Might have to call the dealer to confirm or check the service repair manual if you can find one.
Is the pilot 2016 any different than the 2015, i know the axle nut is 36 mm on my 2016, i need to replace wheel bearings
I sure wish my Honda would use this style of hub and bearing on the smaller cars such as the Fit. The pressed in bearings are horrible to deal with.
What was the symptom of the wheel bearing? My 2010 Pilot shakes after pulling a trailer. I’ve changed tires, suspension, links, bushings. Running out of options. Thank you
Torque specs for lug nut 94 ft.lb
I just did this today and it was honestly the worst job I've done!!! Hammering that hub out was crazy!
