Someone asked if there is a left and right caliper. The answer is YES. The bleeder valve needs to be on top when you install the caliper otherwise will not bleed properly. Hope this helps the next guy!!!

Thanks for the video! Something like replacing brake calipers seems easy enough, but it's always those little steps a guy can't know until he's told that get him into trouble--like making sure the slider brackets are greased.

As he said: do NOT reuse the copper crush washers. They wll leak if you do. Also on the bracket bolts: you see how there's some white color on the bolts? That's dried thread locker. You might want to clean the old thread locker off of them and add a little bit of new thread locker to the bolts that hold the bracket to the car. Those bolts have to be very tight unlike the slide pins.

Thank you for the video. I was able to change my own for the first time. I encountered some questions. When I remove the brake hose, the bolt had a small hole, I didn’t know if that hole had to align with the brake hose hole? They both had a hole. Also I used the new copper ring washer that came with the new caliper, after I finished both started leaking were the washers are, so I removed them and put the old original ones back and both leaks stopped. I guess new doesn’t always mean better. Thanks again for the video I learned from watching your video and trial and error.
