This video shows you how to install an exhaust manifold catalytic converter assembly on your 2004-2015 Nissan Titan. This vehicle uses an integrated exhaust manifold and catalytic converter assembly. That means you can replace the manifold, or the catalyst, without needing any cutting or welding.
This repair was done on a 2004 Nissan Titan SE 5.6L Crew Cab Pickup 4-Door 4WD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

Hey I've seen other install videos for this and I'm curious. Does removing the studs prevent lifting the engine? I don't really want to remove the engine mounts. It also looks like the left side is the easier side because most people are showing that side vs. the right. Thank you.

What type/grit of sandpaper should you use to remove the old gasket material before installing the new one?
When you swap your cat do you have to re-flash your ECU or have any programming done?
@TRQ I hate to say it buddy there is not regular screw in the exhaust manifold its only studs and nuts
What's the approximate Cost involved for quality parts and labor for a complete job? 2000.00 possibly more depending on the mechanic or exhaust shop if you're not able to physically do it yourself
Did you not have to jack up the engine?
How many miles is recommended to change I heard is ass soon is a noise on the exhaust cause, because bad Catalitic, but how I know if I need it,
so, is antiseize something that should never be on exhaust manifold nuts or studs?
Never put bolts onto the manifold. Its ALWAYS "STUD + NUT"
