Full guide on how to replace the 3 capacitors on a Game Boy Color. It is important to replace the capacitors when refurbishing or modding a Game Boy Color. Capacitors go bad after ~20-30 years and can be the cause of Audio and/or Power issues older consoles experience. Hello, My wife's old GBC has an issue with the screen dimming after a couple of minutes of use. I thought that these caps (at least the 22µf one) was the cause... so I changed them. But the problem has not gone away. Would you have any advices on what to try next? Thanks

Hello! Thank you for checking out my video! My go to thought after reading the symptoms makes me believe the inside of the power switch needs to be cleaned! A lot of dirt gets in there and can be the leading cause of most power issues
