Helpful video. It's done by the sense of touch on those bottom screws. Two screws a quarter inch from each side on the bottom and one dead center. The worst design I've seen for what should be a 5 minute job on any other vehicle.

the set up in the video is a 2012 Kia Rio. The 2013 model s completely different and glove box does not need to be removed.
