Hi, my alternator electrical plug is more around the 1 and 2 o'clock position. I see yours is around the 10 and 11 o'clock. Does it matter? The amp rating is the same. Thanks

Does it have room for a second alternator?

The alternators for these suck or something I'm about to change out my 3rd one ugh

I’m not 100% sure I looked it up online and someone said “ Look for a diagram under or near your fuse box cover. “ if you do find out please comment below for others to see. Or if anyone reading this knows which one for which Chevy express please comment below . Thank you .

Also my thoughts are if you have two batteries you might need a higher amp. You also might have a battery that is hidden under the car on the driver side somewhere . Closer Thirds the middle .

@@dimascartech Thanks so much for the answer! I saw the same thing about a diagram on the fuse box, but didn't see one when I looked. What I finally did to figure it out though was looked up my VIN number on chevy forum, for anyone else who might run into this same issue

call a dealer and get the build sheet. give them the vin.

If it has the spacer, it's the 145 the one shown in this video is 145.
