You'll feel about six inches taller when you complete the job. Good luck and fingers crossed that none of the bolts shear. There are quite a number of other videos, but you may need to go into the channel; "fixdatcar" to find them as they are over a year old. Mainly on a Corsa C.

I would have removed the airbox for better access to diagnose and repair then ran the engine, on this engine it was just the thermostat housing so easy cheap repair

Coolant systems are designed with a specific coolant in mind, use the OEM spec coolant otherwise it will degrade seals in the engine as well as the coolant hoses, causing catastrophic failure

If you’d known would you just have replaced the hole thermostat or just the mounting (so the gasket area & cleaned it up) rather than replacing the pump?

I would have just cleaned up and resealed, but no harm in fitting a new pump.

Zamanlama zinciri kapağını kapatan su pompasının altındaki contada hem su hem de yağ bulunur. Su pompası cıvataları da bu contanın bir kısmını sıkıca tutar. Birkaç yıl sonra yok olabilen ve yağ ile su karışımına neden olabilen kauçuk bir contadır. Genellikle kapak contası arızası ile karıştırılır.
