Thank you so much. Went to Hyundai for the master switch and was told it was $$670 AU .. just for the switch. So I went to an auto wreckers bought the switch for $70 and spent a lovely afternoon cleaning it up, following your video and fixed it. Not only saved $$$ but gained a huge sense of satisfaction having done it myself.. not bad for a 60 year old woman hey!!!!

Great thorough video gents! sipping on a beer and replacing the switch took me 1hr haha I'm sure it'd have been 5 hours and a lot of swearing without your guidance !

Thx for the vid. Did the part you were going to put in include the side mirror controls wbich is what you toom out? All the replacements I have seen on ebay are just the window controls, no mirror controls included. Cheers

Good video and very useful but I am glad it wasn't my i30 you were working on! How about putting a blanket on the concrete floor to avoid all the scratches you must have ended up putting onto the door card?
