You make it look so easy but having the proper tools is the key.

Great job. I made my entire tool set up to do this from harbor freight upon this video. A punch press, a slide hammer and a front wheel bearing removal kit. I've reviewed this over and over to get a grasp of this method. It can be done rather cheaply without a lot of the nonsense required to remove the spindle. I've got just a lil over $200 in my set up but I can do most all front wheel drive wheel bearings with a lot more ease than a press and spindle removal. So much faster.

Having the tools to press the hub/bearing in situ must make it pretty straight forward and enjoyable process, compared to pulling the steering assembly apart.

Guys for the air bearing tool they use check out "TIGER TOOLS" they use it for heavy trucks for pulling pins and bushings but did not see one that's been use to drive wheel bearing in. My best guess is that this guys improvised or modified it for bearing use and also I think they are using a generic, Chines brand or copy of the tool. Note: Tiger Tools international inc. is about $1900 usd. Plus. but a good investment for the shop it saves time. Chines version definitely cheaper I assume.

The retaining clip is up front instead of the rear, It makes the job way easier, The 2008 model must be different than the 2007 model?
