It takes 30 seconds to remove the door's pins. It's much easier with the door on it side, no?

Not Realy, as long as get the right sweep it should be good.
Are all bottom door seals about the same with the 2 grooves /tracks to side the new seal in? Should I take the door off and see what kind of door seal is on it first? Thanks

@@rogerburke2451 What brand of sweep did you use? I replaced one just like you showed and the replacement I bought did not snap back in place like yours did. The old one was identical to what you showed. It was very loose so I put wood glue on the sweep and closed the door tightly to allow the glue to cure.
You said in video that you would leave a link as to where you purchased the sweep!

Why do the rip so easy? I have a Pella door bought a new seal a year ago and it started tearing within a week! What can I do to stop this? The original was screwed on. The one I installed I stapled it.

Made in USA and still crap. It could be the cheap rubber is from china. I’m sure they assembled it in the US.
