How to Replace a Beats Studio Pro Headband

Steps to replace your headband:
1. Fold both hinges inward.
2. Remove the two T5 screws at the bottom of each hinge.
3. Remove the headband and any pieces of it that broke off in the metal hinges.
4. Remove the headband cushion.
5. Gently pull the main wire to get as much slack as you can.
6. Slide the new headband into one hinge.
7. Line up and attach the headband cushion to one side of the headband.
8. Slide the headband and rubber cushion tabs into the metal hinge.
9. Install one screw 50% of the way then fully install the second screw then tighten the first screw the rest of the way.
10. Repeat these steps for the other side.
11. Check the headband cushion for gaps and make sure it's fully attached.
12. Get back to jamming out 🎵

Studio 2 wireless are one of the best headphones for a cheaper price. Just make sure to take care of them. The headband and internal panels break somewhat easily if they are thrown around.
Let’s say my studio pros aren’t broken, but I would just like them reshelled in a Beats Studio 3 Skyline Edition casing, is that something you guys could do if I sent them in?

Very similar, but the soldering on the boards is slightly different.

if yours is like mine try to put the broken piece inside the headband then try to make it fold while holding the broken part (don’t force it to much tho and make sure that it isn’t fully extended) hope that helps you
