ATV A-Arm bearing & bushing, inspection and repair. Guidance to remove and replace worn out parts inside the a-arm on honda sport quads from 87-09. Amazing Honda kept the same style and parts for so many years making this atv restoration a little easier. On this bike, I used an All Balls kit for the upper and lower arms, same part number. Changing the bearing and bushing is similar across many brands and models. Thanks for watching.

Nice work. I have to do my 08' 400ex bushings & my fathers 09' Foreman 500 4x4 bushings. This was nice & straight forward now I know I can pack that sucker full!

Got them off ebay. Search honda 250x air front shocks, 87-92 250x rear shock. 1 slight mod for front shocks. I took the spacer out from the old shock and basically cut it in half to use as a spacer for the new front shock lower bolt. Easy mod. Good shocks, slight upgrade from stock. Thanks for watching.

Are those stock ball joints for a 250x? All the 300ex and 400ex ball joints are welded in and they no longer offer replacement A Arms.

Thank you for watching. Good question. Yes, these are the stock 87 ball joints. I was surprised they're still in really good condition. They don't have any extra play, and the boots are not cracked. Honda win. I'm pretty sure their are aftermarket a-arms & ball joints. I believe 300ex are press in & 400ex are bolt on style. If you're referring to the a-arm bushings, they're the same for all trx models. I hope I helped. These parts were Ebay shopped new. Thanks for watching. You can cut the stock ones off and put bolt on style don't remember exactly where to cut but a quick Google search will tell you where

I just looked at my 400ex and if you measure the inside of the opposite side where the ball joint is welded then you know where to cut if that makes sense
