My parking break lights the left and right do not get brighter when I press the brake pedal, only the third light up does, do u know anything about it?

Perhaps both the brake lights are out? The running lights and brake lights use the same bulbs, but there are two filaments that do either job. The filaments for the brake pedal might be out on both of them.
Can you make a video on what muffler that tahoe has? It sounds aftermarket

It’s the stock factory exhaust actually! It has a very slight exhaust leak where the manifold connects to the mid pipe
