the transistor used in this mode cannot be identified. because the number is removed, but i identified it as NPN Transistor , so i replaced it with TIP3055 Transistor , other transistors can be used but they will get hot so i recommend using big transistor like 2SC5200 or TIP3055

My module is with hv, but not strong peaks, I think capacitor is dead

🤔 if the capacitor is dead it doesn't generate any spark , maybe your battery can't provide enough current it consumes around 3-4A At 3.7V-4.2V

@Electronic_For_You I used it for 30 seconds, the voltage was the same, but the pulses were weak, the battery voltage is dropping by only 0.1v

It's not meant for continuously working it's a stun gun module so it should only work for 3-5 seconds , it can damage the module if you run for that long

Is it works for 1000kv? I used more input voltage to get more output and the results was it get to hot and dead .. i used hp laptop battery and the arc was around 7cm , feels very ozone’s gas during discharge… i love to buy 10000kv but nowhere i can found it

If you're lucky and didn't fryed output capacitors, then there is a chance to repair it by replacing the Transistor

Hello, I think the internal capacitors are short, the best thing you can do , Start removing epoxy from top until you see , a transformer then find the transformer output, and remove all capacitors , use it as an arc generator!
