I assume you mean that he removed a lot of stuff to get to the motor when it is readily acessable when you remove the botom cover?

Hii I have an ifb neptune vx model f9 error is showing . Changed the sump assembly and sychronus motor to but still it is showing f9 error... Please help. But from inside it looks same as your dishwasher infact the colourful sticker in front and cover at bottom is identical .. please help

Hi Jeff, I've been having the same issue with F9 Error on a Sharp dishwasher, it's basically a Vestel dressed up as a Sharp, same thing. I changed the entire synchronous motor unit because the small PCB for connectors had a black fumes on it like it was shot maybe, and I assumed that's what is causing the problem. Today I received the spare part, and I quickly built it in... I did a test run, but the same problem pops up again F9. Do you have any other suggestions, I've come this far I just want to know if I should give up....

Hi if f9 error appears after 3 minutes you need to change the complete sump assy and check the water pressure if ok

If it is leaking you must be replace the sump assy

I am an appliance repair tech with 22 years of experience - I would NOT suggest this video to ANYONE - you have a LOT of things wrong on the video - IT sucks!
