Excellent. Many thanks @Adrian Dragan. . On RHD Citroen C4's, the passenger temperature control servo is not the easiest to get to as one of the screws is hidden behind the panel for the centre console. It is doable but req a bit of downward & outward tugging on the plastic to gain access. On the DRIVERS SIDE... Remove the panel that has the alarm and light adjust switches to be able to remove the panel under the steering wheel. Also, the only driver required is a Torx T20.

Thanks for this walk through. 30 minutes and I have managed to temporally fix with a cable tie. I have a 6 hr journey in 30º heat with the vent stuck on the feet position. Thanks again.

Hey! a little curious, did you also solved the other side? Just managed to solve one side because the kit could not be used mirrored and didn't fit = ( This car model makes me almost crazy!

Fixed it! Thank you so much! The left side (steering) was a bit hard to solve, but I managed it without removing the console trim. I also needed to use some force to take out the lid before moving the glove box, but everything went okay. Now I just need to assemble everything back in place. Thanks again man, highly appreciated!!

Adrian I have a right hand drive version of 307cc the left side is where the glove box is obviously, my question is I cannot get the repair kit to fit as there is a water pipe and electrical connections, the plastic carrier supplied simply does not fit and will not aligne with the the cog and fixing screws I'm stumped? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance 😊

Yes I did, its below the glove box, you have to take the plastic cover off from passenger side, its next to where passenger's right ankle falls. Hope this helps, its bit tricky gud luck, if you cant find it let me know

@@AdrianDragan problem solved with your help. The white lever female connection is quite soft and had expanded and worn. Found a narrow jubilee clip. tightened around the boss and all back in service.

@@AdrianDragan Thanks again. Problem solved. The hex drive same as yours. I was able to place a narrow jubilee clip around the expanded female boss to bring it back to shape & restore the drive connection.

I have a UK RH drive C4Picasso so the glove box is on the left hand side - so will the servo motors and levers you have shown now be on the left side. My problem is the left side is hot and the right side cold with no heat too windscreen - so which side of the car are the sevo motors/levers I need to check...joe

@@PrudenceCanDance I'm about to this right now on my RHD 307... I had it off before to try and fix it with a cable tie and stuff.. It's hard to reach with the steering column and crap in the way

MrExilim83 Hi, I just replaced on the right side (passenger side). For the driver seems to be the same kit, just do not need to use all the pieces.

just turn the temp control to hot at both sides and then to cold at both sides and it will reset and fix. do not need anything else. servo Motor will take the right position.

Is this the right hardware for C4 Grand Picasso (2008)? I have problem on the left side, I have just cold air :(

Thx for the video! The drivers side is my problem. I have spent a few hours now and I can't figure out how to remove the side panel that covers the access to the motor. 307 SW 2006. I can see it but I must remove the side panel in order to work on it. Any idea's how to remove it?

I solved it. Instead of taking all the plastic trim panels down I just managed to bend the trim that was covering the motor. Took some force but I succeded. Thx for all help!

My problem is that sometimes, all the air goes to the windshield, and none to the grilles, after several tries it works normally again. In addition to that, there is little wind through the central vents, could it have anything to do with this?

I have this problem on a late 2008 C4 Grand Picasso, a clunking from the heater box on start up, and occasional cold/hot but no opportunity to adjust the drivers side (lhd) but working on passenger side.. The issue though on investigating it after removing passenger side panels is that it does not look remotely the same inside as the video shown here, and the drivers side panels under the steering wheel absolutely refuse to come out... Before i resort to heavier tactics, can someone tell me if the later C4 Grand Picasso can be fixed using the advertised repair kit OE Ref number :1607044080 ???

Salut. Am inlocuit si pe partea stanga ( pasagerului ) rotile acelea si am setat ca in video pana la urma a mers. Acele canale ale rotii erau tocite si nu mai misca clapeta. Nu mai intra aer rece din cauza asta, decat aer cald ca asa era ramasa clapeta pe aer cald. Multumesc frumos.

Peter Hunter Salut! Eu lucrez la un magazin de piese auto. Am acum in stoc acest set de reparatie dar nu cred ca se potriveste pentru C5. Eventual poti sa-mi trimiti seria de caroserie pe adresa de e-mail magazin @ cormar.ro si sa verific daca se gaseste kit pentru C5 2003.

Așa se schimba acele grile cu probleme des întâlnite la Peugeot ? La 407 este asemănătoare asezarea sau trebuie sa se dea tot bordul jos ? Ca așa am văzut pe net ca au scris mai mulți. Eu am o problema la 407 ca vara imi baga aer caldut si iarna nu f caldut :)

Nu stiu exact cum este la 407, desi cred ca ar trebui sa fie o posibilitate asemenatoare de a ajunge la aceste servomotoare nu neaparat sa dai tot bordul jos.

Hi! Nice video! One question.. if the cog on the other part is worn out, how can you change that one? I would love a video of that? The one you changed is relatively simple, but the other one looks like you have to get out the whole panel to be able to change it?

+Siamak Rouhani And on the driver side is the same easily like on passenger side. You need to pull the panel to access the servomotor. If I have time in the future I will make a tutorial for the driver side :)

Giorgos Emmanouil I asked the question too soon. I should have taken some pictures. But when you buy the repair kit you get an extra white cog that goes in too the one that is shown at 06:40. You will understand when you start fixing it. It took me about an hour to fix this on each side, and that was mostly because the glove compartment was a little bit difficult to remove. Otherwise this video is really good to solve the issue!!

+Siamak Rouhani Hey! wonder one thing. it is so that I ordered this kit the repair 1607044080 and fixed the right side (passenger) also ordered to mend the left side (driver's side) but does not seem to fit. my question is there are two separate kits for the different sides? or is the same kit that works left and right? grateful for the answer =)
