Hi My issue is the tablet is not released in the cycle and when it's finished the detergent draw is still closed. Will changing the unit fix this, or is it some other fault like a solenoid etc?

Is there mush difference when working on the beko models that have the controls integrated in the inner door plate?

@philholland3468 thanks for your comment and your patience. I believe that this soap dispenser design is pretty universal, so I think it’s highly likely that it’s fitted to your model in a very similar way to mine - although I’ve not had any direct experience of the units with the controls in the door. Would be interested to know how you get on?

Is it possible to just repair the loose detergent dispenser door (not sure on the name) and not the entire unit? Just wondering. Thanks!

Thanks pal, it's just a case of having respect for the edge. If you run a finger along it, you're likely to get cut.. But you're right - it is advisable to wear gloves.
