You inspired me to dye my own gazelles, they look brand new now. I will use some nano protector this time, hope this will stop colour from fading so quickly. Thanks 👍

Mate you have given me a brand new pair of gazelles. Mine were a beautiful shape, no ridges or wavy toes just so faded. Went with the Bordeaux colour and now have a dope unique pair. Now to do the puma States!!!!! Cheers

I had a pair of these... god they needed maintenance as you said. Got a pair of Adidas Jeans with a tan gum sole instead - much better with our weather.

Interesting thanks Robert. I do avoid white soles as much as I can but wanted these Gazelles.

Try nail polish remover on the soles (acetone based works best). Works wonders when applied with cotton wool and means you aren’t putting bleach anywhere near your trainers

Sorry I've had no experience, in turning the colour from one to another. I think if you experiment and it doesn't go blue, you still would have given it a coat of dye that will at least make the shoe look less tired.

ahh! If you can't get the paint out, then I'd repaint the whole shoe in the colour of the spilled paint. Or paint over the spilled paint in white and make a feature like the Spectre Octopuss logo.

@@There_Will_Be_Bond you can buy it actually at Decathlon or ASDA or Tesco, basically its an impregnating stuff you spray on it -- or on your clothes.

These shoes aren't for people with wide feet right

I'm sorry to tell you but Commander Bond didn't wear this particular colourway. He wore Adidas Gazelle 2's with navy blue suede, baby blue stripes and a dark blue tongue. Incredibly rare and expensive if you do find them. Sorry to burst your bubble. 😬

I got these purely for the Bond connection. But I will always buy trainers with black mid-soles from now on. Unseen Footwear do great black sneakers, I own a pair and get much more mileage and less maintenance.

No! No! No! ......get a steamer ,give them a good steam n then a suede brush ,have them looking brand new and it restores the original colour
