I am renewing my NICOP card online for my under 18 year old child, The NICOP card is not expired , only 4 months left. I have uploaded picture, foreign passport document, fingerprints via the Pak-identity App and also the NICOP ID card using browse and upload. When I press save it is not saving. What is the issue? It seems if I download the fingerprint document then upload that without providing any further ink/fingerprints or signing the document it will save and allow me to proceed. The downloaded fingerprint document has space for 4 + 1thumb print per hand but the Pak-Identity App only takes picture of 4 fingers. Can someone help what I need to do correctly to proceed the application or do I have to print off the fingerprint form also and Ink my fingerprints and sign it and upload it
