Great video! I have been learning to use canvas and your videos have been helping a lot! Could you also maybe let me know what music you have in the background? I quite like it!

Thank you so much. I feel like these older green screen videos are quite poor - I'd actually like to re-do this one. But I'm glad you found it helpful. My music is taken from the KZread Audio Library. Songs aren't great but they're all free to use and copyright-free. - Tim

Hmmm. I'd have to play with it to try to figure that out. Canva's new layer controls were supposed to help with problems like this. Sorry that I can't be of more help! - Tim

Will that work for a complex video. Like I have some friends that played for a company with their band but the background isn't the greatest. But the video is pretty good otherwise. Trying to figure out how to replace the background

Oh man, that sounds like a tough challenge for Canva's AI. You could try it, but if the lighting is not the greatest I predict it will have trouble separating the background cleanly. Good luck. - Tim

Ohmygoodness YES I want this too! Last I checked, it couldn't be done. I've asked @Canva about this on Twitter and they didn't seem to understand what I wanted. :( Please let me know if you figure this out! - Tim

this looks great, but when I tried, it says video should be 90 sec video and, it is not removing for less than 90 sec videos

Hmmm. I've definitely used this feature for videos less than 90 seconds. I will test it again right now to be sure. - Tim

I have Canva Pro but do not have a video choice between Photos and Background.

Hmmm. Are you referring to the choices you see after selecting Uploads? You should see Images, Video, Audio.

I should clarify: it's a free feature for those with Canva for Education accounts (teachers and educators).

You can only REMOVE 90 SECONDS OF BACKGROUND VIDEO ON CANVA, EVEN WITH A PAID MEMBERSHIP😡❗
