Thanks a lot, but a little note: Starting at 1 and then selecting "Different first page" will make the 1 at first page disappear and the second page will say 2. So you should start numbering at 0 as normal but only select "Different first page" so that the zero at first page disappears and the second page says 1. Again thank you and have a nice day :D

start your numbering at 0 (Don't change the format page numbers as he did in the video), then do the "different first-page" step. This way the zero at the first page will disappear and the second page will say 1.
