Thank you!!!!!!! I specifically searched for a video on how to remove the drain bin but I was not expecting to find one. You are a life saver!

Removing the basket is not easy. I hate it. I have only had this for less than an hour and I spent 15 minutes trying to get the basket out. Just make sure you put your fingers between the basket and the agitator. I think I spent 5 minutes trying to pull them both up. Couldn't they have put some kind of release button on it. My fingers are so sore now.

@@carloandseb I've actually done a few "loads" in it over the last few hours. I hate it and I love it. I will be using it only for the agitator and drainage plug. I am not fucking around with that basket anymore. And really, the basket isn't big enough to hold the couple of items you've washed anyways. I put the machine directly into my kitchen sink and I'm able to run the water directly into it and drain it without moving it or making a mess and I don't need the lid or the other piece. Then I fill it again with fresh clean water, run the agitator and drain it. Then I wring the items by hand. It took seconds to wring the few small items. They gotta do something with the basket. It needs to be bigger because it's much smaller than the space inside the machine. And they need to do something so that removal of the basket isn't such a nightmare. I live in an apt and won't be using it for travel so I won't be collapsing it. I expect it'll just unnecessarily add to the wear and tear and it's a bit of a pain too. But for the agitator and drainage alone, it's worth the $50 CAD I paid and I expect I'll be using it every day or so. Looking forward to it.

Place a toothbrush underneath it that's way I did to remove mines 🎉🎉🎉

Hey, i just received it and i couldn't get the basket of, so i used your suggestion, i was just too scared to use too much force, but after that its very easy to remove, i think the first time i just harder, i noticed after the first time, it shaves a little of the little tongues that gets attached to the washing machine, i hope its normal because tbh it still gets attached like before, i just think the first time is just harder to remove it, anyways thank you for the video😊

I was thinking i am the only one who unable to do this

My beloved washing machine has died. It was bliss for 3 weeks and I loved it. The red light on the power cable is a solid red when plugged into the wall. As soon as I plug the other end into the machine the red light constantly flashes red and it won't turn on. Anyone have any ideas? I am already addicted to this little guy.
