Hi, in this video I will show how to take off remove install door panel in 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 Subaru Outback. This procedure is a must if you have to replace window motor, take off mirror. remove window glass. change some door locks. remove door handle.

Oh WOW!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! One of the door speakers in my Outback has failed. Sounds like it has a torn cone. I asked the dealer how much it would cost to replace the speakers on both sides. They quoted $180 per door just for the labor. That's a fifteen minute job tops. Good grief! You just saved me $360. Again, many THANKS!

One of the common Subaru failure points are the door checks - the little parts that hold the door in place when it's open. Removing the door panels is required to change them out, and this video shows how easy that really is! Thanks so much for the good camera work and descriptions.
