Any answer to getting the "trust computer" prompt on a newly updated ipad? It goes to setup and then the MDM screen but never ask to trust the pc its connected to.

After the initial reboot and you select don't transfer apps and data, do you have to select this every time the phone is updated with future IOS updates? Other wise works perfect. I did gt an error originally but you have to make sure itunes is open when you do this.

Hello @Mr Saunders, I am unable to download ibackupbot because it isnt a microsoft verified app. How do i change the settings to allow me to downlod it

So I can't get my Ipad to be read by the IbackUp it shows up in my laptop as an Ipad but it doesn't fully give access to the Ipad it only asks if I want to give access to photos. The Trust prompt does not appear. Any advice?

Doesn't work on Ipad 8 (IOS 15). After restore still getting the "Remote Management" screen on startup.

Tried on iPhone 7 Plus iOS 15.7 and instead it hangs on don’t move data page. Trying to remove this message, I managed to bypass this MDM without using paid services. Device is running 15.7 but can’t get rid of the message supervise

They can supervise the whole information in your device database, and they can as well log you out, you can solve the situation

As long as you can connect the device to the computer then yes. Keep in mind this will remove the MDM off of the device as well, combined with the supervision mode

Put iPhone into Recovery Mode After discovering that the iPhone is supervised by another computer, you can put iPhone in recovery mode, which may solve the “this iPhone is supervised by another computer” problem. This method requires the use of iTunes, so you need to download the latest version of iTunes on your computer. 1. Connect the iPhone to the computer with the USB cable and enable iTunes. 2. Quickly press and release the Volume Up button > Quickly press and release the Volume Down button > Press and hold the Side button until the recovery mode screen appears (or press and hold the Power button and Home button). 3. After that, iTunes will recognize the iPhone and prompt you whether you want to restore the iPhone, click OK. 4. Then choose to Restore iPhone. 5. Select Restore on the pop-up window. You can backup your device data

After attempting to restore the backup it shows "Restore Error" The supervision thing doesn't show up in settings anymore, and I restarted and it doesn't show the setup screen. I tried again but it still shows the error. Idk what to do. I'm assuming it may have restored succesfully somehow...

@Fidel Lopez If you want it removed, restore your latest backup. Make sure that the backup was done prior to updating and using the method to update.

Sometimes Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings will glitch that restriction out. Worked back in 2018 with Meraki MDM. Idk if it'll work in 2022 tho

@@luckiedice let me guess, your iPad is a school iPad? I don’t 100% remember how did I solve it but I think I need to back up in iTunes? Then I guess it should make a new folder in the i backup bot then use it then search the confit and do the steps after also make the box says “encrypt backup folder” welli don’t remember but I managed to get it working

Can whoever was supervising see anything you do once you do this?

I run the service... what supervision does is allows Apple Configurator 2 to install profiles. This ONLY can happen if I was physcially connected to your device. Unless you are my sister or something you have nothing to worry about (that is while you are supervised)

Becuase of the MDM blocking Usb data, to pass u need to enter DFU Mode, and put a fresh ipadOS with 3utool, and then after installing the fresh Os, It will appear

Ok so I had the same problem but I managed to make it work by clicking on the window in the bottom left called 'Devices'. If you click on your device name it should show a picture of your device in the window panel to the right. Then at the bottom, in blue, is "Remove supervision". Then you use '1111' as password and it should work.
