It worked for me on android 6, thanks so much. On previous android, you need version 2.3 or below, On uptodown you can find previous versions. The activity for "samsung experience" is not available but look for "Samsung account". Try every activity untill you see the one which has signout on the bottom. Wait for it to load and then click the sign out.

Android 9.0 is so different from Android 6.0. Specifically, I experienced this kind of problem with my Galaxy J2 Prime. I searched for several tutorials in KZread to resolve my problem. So, I found this! I watched it carefully and figured out and patterned it with my device's compatibility. At first, the app is not compatible with my device so I searched for a compatible one. Now, I tried the app and compared what to do with it through this video. And now, it really worked. The Galaxy Account which I forgot the password was already removed from my device.
