Thanks for the tutorial. I just replaced my door speaker. One thing I would add is removing the clips that stay in the door before you put the door panel back on is the most difficult part of the job. The clips were slightly damaged but still usable. You might want to have some replacement clips if you can.

Thank you!!!.. i been struggling thinking i missed something but yeah those clips are tight.. i would've never thought they'd be that hard to pull but i finally pulled it off without breaking any clips.. thanks again

Hmm, our 2013 Forester has different panel. Armrest tilts inward to remove then two additional screws behind need to be removed to unfasten door panel.

Do you have a tutorial for the front door panel?
