no not on these nissans you only need to ensure to connect the amp turn on wire which is typically blue with white stripe
What size Philips screws go under the trim piece
Can you do a video for the HVAC control unit? Mine is broken and there are no videos on removal.

there is a dash kit from metra that you can use , really just a plastic trim piece

It was a Dual, not recommended , It has become a budget brand ,not the best bluetooth

I just purchased a 1999.5 SE Limited, and when I press on the accelerator, there's a vibration too, not sure if that's the whining noise you're talking about, haven't figure out what it is yet.
